New Program: 12-Day Liver Cleanse + Gallbladder Flush Coming Soon!
I’m thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of my Liver Cleanse & Gallbladder Flush Online Program—a carefully designed, practitioner-guided reset to support your body’s detoxification pathways. This gentle but effective protocol will focus on bile flow, liver function, and digestive optimization. Ideal for those feeling sluggish, experiencing digestive discomfort, or preparing for a new health chapter. Watch your inbox for early registration details and special launch pricing. You can also jump on the waiting list if you’d like.
Protect Your Skin This Season
With longer days and more sun exposure ahead, now is the time to refresh your skin protection habits. Daily sunscreen use with SPF 30 or higher, wearing hats and protective clothing, and avoiding peak UV hours (10am–2pm) can go a long way in preventing premature aging, hyperpigmentation, and skin cancers. Don’t forget—UVA rays penetrate glass, so protection is still important even during your commute or while working near windows. Shop medical grade skincare on our website.
Eat the Rainbow, Feed Your Microbiome
Diverse, colorful foods do more than make your plate pretty—they nourish the trillions of microbes that live in your gut. Each pigment-rich fruit and vegetable supports different bacterial strains, enhancing digestion, immunity, and even mental clarity. From purple cabbage to orange bell peppers to dark leafy greens, adding a variety of colors helps keep your microbiome resilient and thriving.
